The Conversations collection came to life during my Zoom calls with artist friends. My paintings capture the warmth of community, the beauty of imperfection, and the surprising freedom that comes from simply letting the paint (and life) flow where it wants to go.
Swept Away Series
Inspired by music and its constant imbalance, the Swept Away series is all about riding the wave of emotions. The line work appears ribbon-like as it weaves in and out of areas of calm and chaos. It serves as a reminder that hope and love exist everywhere. You are not alone.
Heartbeat Series
One day I asked myself a question to get my creativity flowing: What does the world always need more of, no matter what? My answer? LOVE. Wow, did that get me moving! During the Heartbeat Series, I radiated love out into the Universe by starting each piece with big sweeps of rainbow colors. This was so powerful. No matter what happened to the future of the piece, I knew they had a strong foundation of love.
Tranquility Series
Space. Stretch. The Tranquility Series is all about savoring the present moment. The colors feel like an escape to the spa or a restful yoga retreat.
Wander Series
Inspired by my love of traveling, the Wander Series welcomes exploration. Painting these pieces were an adventure to me! Smaller shapes and patterns than I usually create kept emerging naturally. How different! There is so much to observe. Have fun wandering around the details.
